Anthony D Evans Insurance is a family run business offering a variety of insurance policies including Horsebox, Car, Household and Commercial Vehicle. Operating since 1978, the office is very busy across all areas of personal lines, both new business and renewals.

We are looking to recruit an individual who will fit perfectly in our small, very friendly and happy team. The work will include:

• Operating in all areas of motor insurance - although primarily concentrating on the horsebox insurance and breakdown scheme
• Customer contact including in bound and outbound quoting, mid-term adjustments, customer queries and renewals
• Administration of client records
• Processing any new business and renewals which are submitted via our website
• Chasing new business leads
• Office administration duties such as franking, post and taking payments from customers.

The ideal person will be confident, able to work within a small team, have a good telephone manner and be computer literate. Insurance experience is not necessary, however some experience of working in a busy office environment would be advantageous.
