You may or may not be aware, but changes in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25th May this year.
To summarise, the new legislation is designed to help protect consumers from irresponsible data usage and it puts the consumer in charge of what information is shared, where and how.
The key updates include additional information in respect to: what personal information we collect; how we use your personal information; who we share your personal information with; and the rights and choices you have when it comes to your personal information.
We can assure you we do not pass data on to third parties for marketing purposes. We also will not send you any unsolicited emails. We will only contact you about your insurance or roadside assistance policy with us. We will also request your consent to passing on your contact details to the roadside assistance company or your insurer so they are able to contact you in the event or a breakdown or claim.
These are just some of the many updates we've been making to ensure our service and use of your data remains as transparent as possible. You can view our full newly updated Privacy Policy at any time.
